Relationship with experts of consortium
In the Technical specifications, section 4.3, it is stated: ´Experience and knowledge: level of experience and range of skills of the experts at the disposal of the tenderer to fulfil the tasks outlined in section 2.5 to the highest standard of quality. This analysis will be based on detailed information provided in the tender, such as CVs and references to relevant past projects´ Do the experts (not including Management team) that are presented in the proposal need to have any formal relationship with the consortium at the point of submission of proposal or is it sufficient to include CVs of previously used experts within the consortium´s network?

Tenderers should in their offers for the framework contract provide CVs of experts at their disposal and which the tenderer intend to use in the FUTURE during the duration of the framework contract. Any formal relationship between the experts and the tenderer does not need to be demonstrated at the stage of submission of proposal for the framework contract.
