2) Tender specification;
In clause 9 of the Invitation to Tender, the tender is to be valid for 9 months from the deadline for submitting the tender. In the last clause of clause 3.2.1 of the Tender specification, the tenderer is 6 months from the same deadline for the tender. How long will the offer take?

Please note that clause 8 of the Invitation to Tender letter defines that tender offer has to be valid for 9 months from the deadline of submission. Last paragraph of the sub-clause 3.2.1 of the Tender Specifications shall be read as follows: • The tenderer is bound by the tender for a period of nine (9) months from the final date for submission of tenders.
