Does the detailed budget for the location proposed include the travel and accommodation costs of the invited and reimbursed audiences?

As indicated in the test case, the maximum budget available for the event does not include travel and accommodation of reimbursed audiences, which will be managed by EFSA directly. Therefore, this cost item is out of the tender’s scope
