Request of deadline extension for proposal submission
Considering that the deadline for the submission of proposals is quite close we kindly ask you to consider and extension of its deadline in order to allow tenderers to properly finalise their proposal according to the infomation received upon request of clarifications and having at their disposal new amended documents (financial form, for instance). Teniendo en cuenta que la fecha de entrega de las ofertas está muy cerca, queríamos pedir una extensión para que podamos finalizar nuestras ofertas basando en la información facilitada y los nuevos documentos (formulario financier, por ejemplo).

The Office has decided to postpone the submission deadline in order to enable the tenderer to consider the answers to the questions and the amended Financial proposal to be published. Complementary information about the new dates was published in eTendering and a Corrigendum will also be published in the Official Journal of the EU. La Oficina ha decidido posponer el plazo de entrega de las ofertas para permitir al licitador tomar en consideración las respuestas a las preguntas así como la versión modificada de la Propuesta financiera pendiente de presentación. Una información complementaria con la nuevas fechas ha sido publicada en eTendering y un Corrigendum será igualmente publicado en el Diario Oficial de la UE.
