ITIL certification
With reference to Section “3. IT Service Manager” of the Technical Annex 3 – Consultancy Profiles, in the paragraph “Education and work experience” it is stated that an “ITIL expert education and certification” is essential for the above - mentioned profile. Our understanding is that the afore-mentioned certification is the “ITIL Expert” certification level (also known as MALC certification) which is ranked just under the “ITIL Master” certification. Could you please confirm our understanding, or otherwise clarify?
