Award criteria
How is the number of quality points attributed for each of the four award criteria 1-4? For example, suppose that for award criterium 1 tenderer X declares an MDA of 1 Bq/g and tenderers Y declares an MDA of 10 Bq/g. How many points are attributed to X and how many to Y?

It will be up to an evaluation committee to decide on attribution of quality points under award criteria. The evaluation committee may use target values to support their decisions. As described in the Tender specifications, the detector offering lower proven MDA will get more points than the one with higher MDA.
