Where to include the CVs
According to the answer to question 11, the team is to be described in the Service Delivery Plan. Should the CVs be included in the 'Technical and professional capacity' section (as specified in section 3.2.3) or in the technical proposal (in an annex to the SDP as mentioned in the answer to question 11)?

Sample CVs for each profile will be required for the technical and professional capacity. For the SDP the actual team and their CVs need to be submitted.
