Does ECDC deliver the services with internal resources or external suppliers beside those stated on page 13? Are the servers ECDC`s assets owned by ECDC? Are ECDC willing to move servers to external partners datacenters?

On 2.1 we give an overview how ECDC IT service internally is organised and about of the other contracts ECDC has in place. In 2.2. we describe the overview of the services in scope and out of scope. The ones in scope are described in detail under 2.2.1 -2.2.4.2. ECDC has already a mix of internal and external datacenters, but this not in scope of this call for tender.
