Q1. What is the technology behind the e-Justice Portal? Is it a widespread content management system, like Drupal or Liferay, or rather a platform developed in-house? Q2. Can you please provide more details about the existing workflow, especially how "amending" uploaded content works?

Q1.It is a purpose-built system, which has as one component the Alfresco Content Management System (Alfresco CMS). Please note that this contract is about updating content.
