4.3.3 - Profiles to propose
On of the requirement in the tender specifications page 23, is to provide CV's for the proposed delivery manager, recruitment consultants and other team members. Would it be possible to clarify if this need to be the CV's of the people that will perform the actual work or not? In case a person for which a CV has been submitted, is not available when the contract is awarded, can we propose another candidate for this role?

The CVs provided shall be the CVs of the people who will provide the service. Should these members change throughout the tendering process or the duration of the contract then the replacing team members shall: 1. Meet the requirements stipulated in the tender specifications, 2. Be proposed to the contracting authorities and approved prior to appointment.
