As travel time, travel costs, subsistence allowance are not fixed, please confirm if we can invoice theses advantages at a different multiplier (and not included in the hourly rate)?

No you cannot invoice these advantages. All-in hourly rates for interim staff shall be quoted in euros, exclusive of VAT and shall be inclusive of travel time, travel costs, subsistence allowance or any other costs sustained by the interim personnel to work at the EIB’s premises in Luxembourg which will not be separately reimbursed by EIB, neither to the interim personnel nor to the successful tenderer.
