Financial Proposal - Global price
The tender specifications page 25 bring our attention to tha claculation of the Global price. Could you please specify which cell of the "Financial Proposal Form" Excel file constitute the Global Price ?

This was a typo, which shall be corrected in a new version of the tender specifications. As specified above in Art. 4.3.5, price average rate will be used for financial evaluation. Please note that we have uploaded a new version of Annex V.
