Question	Dear Sirs, The current payment terms are 20% at Month 12, 30% month 24, and 50% at month 36. In consideration of the length of the project and the requirement for the successful tenderer and/or their associated subcontractors to commit substantial expenditure during the early stages of the project (for example the implementation of the survey and workshops), please could the Commission advise if there is any possibility of increasing the frequency of payments and/or obtaining pre-financing for this project?
Answer	02/05/2018 The payment schedule cannot be changed at this stage. A pre-financing is not foreseen for this service at this stage.
