Extension of the due date
Due to the current social context in France, some key suppliers are impacted by the ongoing strikes. For enabling the bidder to provide EMSA with the most effective and competitive service offer, would it be possible to postpone the time limit for receipt, initially set for the 21st of May 2018, by 3 weeks, i.e. 11th June 2018?

EMSA understands the complexity of the tender and for that reason already foresaw a bid submission period beyond the minimum required for an open tender. Unfortunately, due to operational constraints in providing services the Agency cannot extend the bid preparation period. Therefore the deadline for submission of the bids remains as initially published.
