Question	Dear Madam, Sir In Task 6 (pp. 13), under the Audio production deliverables, it is mentioned that the contractor should "create and purchase assets". Could you please explain what is meant here? Which are the "assets" that need to be created and purchased?
Answer	26/04/2018 Dear Madam, Thank you for your question submitted for the Call for Tenders "ENER/B1/2017-557". The process of producing audio deliverables entails the creation and, possibly, the acquisition of assets for its content. Should these assets not be free of use, the contractor is requested to provide for their purchase. Thank you, ENER B1 Tenders
