Task 9 - Energy Infrastructure Forum 2019
Dear Madam, Sir in the ToR it is mentioned that Task 9 is foreseen to take place in May/June 2019 and report on the activities of Tasks 1-8. However, assuming that the project will start in approximately September this year this means that by May/June 2019 we will be half-way through the project. Thus, should we assume that we will present only the results obtained up to that point? Or should we assume that we will present the results of Tasks 1-8 to the Energy Forum of 2020?

Dear Madam, Thank you for your question submitted for the Call for Tenders "ENER/B1/2017-557". Under Task 9 of the tender specifications, the contractor is required "to prepare and organize, in close cooperation with DG ENER, a working session on the activities undertaken in Tasks 1-8. This working session should be envisaged as part of the Energy Infrastructure Forum 2019 organized by the European Commission in May/ June 2019." The content of the working session is decided together with DG ENER. It will include results obtained under the Tasks carried out until that point in time and any insights or recommendations deriving from these Tasks or from the remaining ones as considered fit.
