Is it necessary to include draft translations for documents that should be provided for economic and financial capacity (balance sheet, profit and loss account, notes on the accounts and auditors' remarks etc.), as well as for the documents that accompanies legal entity form (VAT document, official gazette, company register etc.), if these documents are not written in one of the official languages of European Union?
