“14.4 of the Tender Specifications (Economic and Financial Capacity – section criteria) states evidence supplied to be “financial statements or their extracts for the last three years for which accounts have been closed”. Could you please clarify the meaning of “closed” in this regard, so we are clear in what financial information is required to be submitted.”

Financial statements are considered closed after being audited (if required by the national legislation) and approved by the shareholders/owners. In case the financial statements have not been closed for the last fiscal year, please submit draft statement of financial statements duly stamped and signed by the relevant person.
