Specific Evidence requested for professional and technical capacity - Requirement A
First bullet reads that events should have been carried out in the course of the past 3 years. Do you refer to calendar years? i.e Do events need to be dated after June 15th 2015 or it is acceptable if they have been carried out during the first semester of 2015?

The first bullet point ‘’For requirement A’’ at page 42 of the Tender Specifications,refers indeed to the past 3 years. Please note that the 3 past years are financial years, therefore events carried out throughout the whole financial year of 2015 are acceptable.
