According to your clarification answer provided on 20/11 with the subject “individual experts’ status”, individual experts are considered as subcontractors, however, such experts may provide services to a company during the implementation of the studies and may not sub-contract a part of the work. Is it mandatory to submit the legal entity form and declaration of honour for experts with whom a company shall conclude service contracts or is it sufficient to submit their CVs and letter of intent as in recent similar bids for framework service contracts.
