Any template can be used for the references requested in “3.2.3 Technical and professional capacity” as long as the template comply with the criteria described in the same section: “A short description detailing the methodologies / tools / technologies / IT products involved (maximum of one (1) A4-pages per reference, font Calibri, size 11) with annex of signed reference letter by client.”
