Considering the number of questions received last week to which the answers have been published on 20.06, the time limit for the submission of the tenders is now extended until 27.06.2018. The opening session will take place on 4 July, from 14:00 to 17:00, in the Berlaymont building, room Aquarium 4. The corrigendum will be published in the Official Journal in the coming days.

We have thursday last week posted below question and would appreciate a response 20th of June AM CET with a response if we can get an extension to be be able to submit to this tender or surrender.
Original description Reasons: 1.To create partnership with new publishing houses takes time after we identified this tender in comparison to your existing vendor, in addition we need to find out how we can process the information before normalizing the data before it is sent to your system from our content partners. To be compliant to your Technical Specification Annex A we need more time before submitting as we are relying on content. 2.When reading Annex A Technical Specification we note that an existing vendor would have an advantage to reply to the bid while have done this before, especially considering how GDPR’s recent implementation impacted the response time to this type of proposal. 3.While we have a fully developed API in place, we use JSON format whereas ECMM is XML. We need to finalize the high level exploration of design of the API code and need more time to be able to submit in comparison to an existing vendor that has built this customized solution for you already. We kindly request and strongly encourage the Authority to offer an extension for submission of 28 days.

Offers have to be submitted on the basis of the text of the call for tender. Understanding the complexity of the tender, the European Commission has given a reasonable period of time to tenderers to submit an offer (the call for tender was published on 12 April).
