The project will start by the date when both parties will have signed the contract (See Article I.3. of the draft contract). It is therefore not possible to give a precise date of the start of the project. The evaluation of the offers will take some time and is dependent on various factors, such as number and quality of the offers. Our expectation is that the signature of the contract will be done in December 2018, but clearly, there is no guarantee for that.
