Technical Proposal - Annexes exceeding the maximum number of pages.
In the case a tenderer provides additional content (e.g. annexes) complementing / supporting the information in any of the sections of the Technical Proposal, and outside the maximum limits of pages, could you please confirm how the evaluation committee will proceed?: a) The committee will not read the additional content b) The committee will read the additional content, but will not evaluate it c) The committee will read the additional content, and may consider it as a positive point, increasing the total score of the award criterion

Should the tender documents (e.g. Service Delivery Plan) exceed / not comply with the constraints listed in “4.1 Technical proposal” then the evaluation committee will only consider the maximum number of pages described. This corresponds to alternative A in your question.
