The Tor specify the following profile for scientific director: Scientific Director: At least 15 years' experience in research for policy, including coordinating scientific research in the field of Digital Government and behavioural experiments, scientific quality control of research findings and capacity to communicate results to policy-makers in high-level scientific and policy events. Question: Can you please confirm that experience in applied research that did not result in academic publications is also eligible to satisfy this criterion.
