Criterion 2 of the technical and professional capacity
Dear Sirs, On page 12 of the Tender Specifications, it is written that we should provide 12 CVs for the team of assistants, and a minimum of 2 CVs for the role of supervisor. Could you please confirm that we have to provide 14 CVs at the stage of the submission of the tender ? Or should we provide them upon request, during the evaluation process ? Thank you.

Documents related to evidence of technical and professional capacity (point 8.2c of the Tender Specifications) are not to be submitted with the tender but may be requested by the contracting authority at a later stage and, in any case, from the winning tender ( Annex IV – Checklist B.7).
