Query concerning eligibility to respond to tender
Our organisation is interested in responding to the above referenced tender. We consulted your tender specifications and the EFSA Guidance for tenderers but are unsure as to whether we are eligible to apply. We are an International public-sector organisation, but participation for such institutions is not mentioned in the tender specifications. Could you please confirm whether we are eligible to participate in this tender?
