Subject	Financial scenario - number of IT products for takeover & handover
Question	A non-exhaustive list of IT products that may be taken over by the Contractor is listed in Technical Annex B including 28 current IT products and 4 IT Products currently under development, in total 32 IT Products. In the financial scenario of “Annex II-Financial Proposal” a different number of systems is considered for takeover and handover summing up to 24 IT Products. a) Could you please clarify the different number of systems indicated in the two documents? b) Could you please indicate which systems should we consider in our proposal for the takeover?
Answer	04/07/2018 Technical Annex B (IT Product listing) states that “This Annex complements the tender specification and describes a non-exhaustive list of current IT Products that may be taken over by the Contractor. The document is intended to give the reader an understanding of the scope and nature of work of the framework contract, but does not oblige ECDC to hand over the IT Products listed to the Contractor”. Annex II (Financial proposal) includes an estimate for the number of products that will be handed over or developed as part of the framework contract. For the tender we recommend that the proposal is based on the numerics presented in Annex II and with the general characteristics presented in Technical Annex B.
