Technical Annex D
In the Technical Annex D - Draft Service Level Agreement, Section F: Penalty point system on the Key Performance Indicators Subsection c, in the first row of the Table, Penalty level 1, is predicted for Cumulated Points: 0-14. Our understanding is that the Cumulated Points should be above 1, is this correct? If the number of minimum Cumulated Points for falling into the category of Penalty Level 1 is different, Could you please indicated it/them?

In regards to Technical Annex D (Draft Service Level Agreement) and article 20 (c) under “F. Penalty point system on the Key Performance Indicators”, the “Cumulated penalty points” for “Penalty level 1” should be read as not including 0 (zero) penalty points as this would imply that there is no penalty to analyse. A corrected version of Technical Annex D will be published shortly.
