Subject	Page 1, Point 1 (Terms of reference) "The crisis Management (CM) program foresees bi-annual exercises, a table top exercise and a fully-fledged exercise".
Question	What does Frontex understand under a a) Table-top exercise and b) Fully-fledged exercise? What exactly is the difference here?
Answer	12/07/2018 Differences between the 2 types of exercises are reflected in Descriptions to the deliverables on pg.5-6 of the Terms of reference.
