Can you please clarify if there is a template for the Financial Offer? If so, can you please share it? Otherwise, can you please confirm that tenderers are required to express a single figure in the Financial Offer, without providing a relevant cost breakdown?

We confirm there is no template for the financial offer and no breakdown of costs is requested (please see point 3.4 of the Administrative Annex). Please be kindly reminded that according to point 6 of the Technical Specifications: "... the cost for attending meetings is deemed to be included in the final price indicated in the contract."
