Freelancers (referring to ECDC's answer #67 dd 8-Feb-18 and ECDC's answer 1 dd 7-Jul-18)
In ECDC's answer #1 dd 7-Jul-18, relating to the clarifications under OJ/2017/ICT/9196, ECDC confirmed that "... Other general questions about ECDC are still applicable in the same manner" to OJ/2018/ICT/9754. Clarification #67 dd 8-Feb-18, under OJ/2017/ICT/9196, thus still applies. i.e. Question #67: "Is a Letter of Intent sufficient at this stage for the freelancers that will be proposed as part of the team?" Answer received from ECDC on 15/02/2018: "Yes, a Letter of Intent is sufficient at this stage from freelancers." Please confirm that the latter answer indeed applies to the current procedure OJ/2018/ICT/9754?

Indeed the answer to Question #67 of the tender OJ/2017/ICT/9196 would be still the applicable in this tender: “Yes, a Letter of Intent is sufficient at this stage from freelancers”.
