On p.7 of the Tender Specifications - Ref. Ares(2018)3628153 - 09/07/2018, the contractor is required to prepare a 'Host country and co-host country policy FACTSHEET' (max 3 pages). Can you inform us whether such factsheet existed in the past agreement, and if so, where we can find them?

The policy factsheet was indeed foreseen under the previous contract, however it was not published. The factsheet is a background document which helps prepare the seminar in defining the policy context and good practice(s) in the host and co-host countries.
