On p.8 of the Tender Specifications - Ref. Ares(2018)3628153 - 09/07/2018, the contractor is required to draft an information letter (maximum 2 pages). Can you inform us whether such information letter existed in the past agreement, and if so, where we can find them?

The policy information letter was indeed foreseen under the previous contract, however it was not published. As explained in the Tender Specifications, it consists of a short summary of the seminars which took place during the year and it is disseminated to a contact list by email.
