One of the criterion for this tender is that the tenderer must prove its capacity to work in 10 EU countries. In regards to that specific requirement, do you mean that the pilot scheme / project would have to be executed in (at least) 10 EU countries?

Dear Sir, Thank you for your interest in this call for tenders. In response to your question, please note that there is no mention of a minimum number of countries regarding the implementation of the pilot. However, since this pilot is about cross-border individual mobility actions, and since the tenderer is asked to pay attention to "a balanced geographical coverage" for the implementation of the task II (see section 2.4.2), the implementation shall include as many as possible EU Member States and Creative Europe participating countries, in order to offer the participants a large variety of destinations and ensure a sustainable European mobility scheme.
