§1.2. of tender specifications (bottom of page 6)
- Is it meant that Scenario 1 will only be adressed in the first specific contract? - will Scenario 1 potentially last for the duration of the contract? - Will the subsequent specific contracts then address one or a combination of the other scenarios, but not address Scenario 1 anymore?

It is highly probable that work from scenario 1 will be called for in the first specific contract of the FWC. However, scenario 1 could also be part of further work packages called for during the duration of the FWC, especially when relevant technical consensus standards are issued or significant changes in the EMACC source documents occur during the duration of the FWC.
