In regards to Annex 2 – Financial offer form, could you please clarify whether the total budget amount the tenderer has to provide should be considered: a) per seminar? b) per year of the service contract (that is, activities performed for a whole year)? c) For the duration of the service contract (that is, based on a two-year period)?
