Regarding Lot 5 Case Study 1, when you refer to the term “Solution“ (In the context of the recent answer ‘tenderer must provide a solution’, answer #132), do you expect that the tenderer recommends a specific technology / vendor or rather describes the most important features of the target solution required to address EP challenges?

The tenderers could suggest a technology for addressing the challenge but all the topics and/or features of the targeted solution should be taken into account.
