Hello, we would like to answer to this tender allong with another company. On our side, we are on the process of being approven to carry on RDE tests with our PEMS material. You mentionned in your last answer that " if not accredited, your company would need to be part of a consortium with companies that are (or will be soon) accredited". What is the accepted delay for this? For instance, if we prove that we will be succesfully accredited by February 2019, and the other company answering with us is already succesfully accredited. Could this be accepted ? Thank you very much

According to the selection criteria, and more specifically the requirements on Technical and Professional Capacity, the tenderer as a whole (i.e. at least one of the companies) should: " provide adequate proof to be in the process of acquiring such accreditation with expected date of accreditation, which shall not be later than 1 July 2019." Alternatively one could also qualify by: "access by the contractor to accredited laboratories with similar accreditation or a designated technical service (e.g. via subcontracting)"
