ITS19 – Lot 3
With reference to your answers to QA#46 and QA#125, it is not clear if the submitted CVs for a specific profile (for the profiles that the “Standard” and “Senior” levels are specified) should contain both “Standard” and “Senior” candidates. We understand that we should provide both “Standard” and “Senior” candidates but without any specific distribution between “Standard” and “Senior” levels. For instance, for the profile of “Project Manager [L3-PPRM]” of Lot 3 we need to provide 3 CVs. Therefore, we can propose a group of 1 “Senior” and 2 “Standard” Project Managers or a group of 2 “Senior” and 1 “Standard” Project Manager. Please confirm our understanding or clarify further.
