Are there guidelines on how to draft the technical description of the study, especially how long it should be and what should the technicl description contain?

There are not specific guidelines on how to draft the technical description of the study. It is important however that all the issues, paragraphs, points contained in the technical specifications are addressed in the proposal. The proposal can be of any length and can contain tables, schemes, figures and whatever necessary to explain how the tenderer intends to address to technical specifications.
