Dear all, The subjects that need to be addressed in the tender are extensive, not only by the means of the importance of the SME and Fixed income themes, but also by its geography scope which implies assessing different local realities in the European Union. The time available doesn’t permit to assemble all the “legible copies of the notice of appointment of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer in dealings with third parties” (page 5 of the tender specifications), in each European country, due to, among others, the holiday season across Europe that just ended. To provide you an comprehensive proposal that matches your multiple criteria, which we find very relevant, and that the results of the study will supply you with the critical intelligence and input for your regulatory thinking, we do ask you to postpone the time limit for the receipt of the complete tender proposals. Dear Madam, Dear Sir, At present moment, unfortunately, the extension of the deadline to submit a tender is no longer an option (time limit set for 11/09/2018). The procurement documents have been published as from 29/06/2018.
