Analyst Profile - Lot3
With regards to the Analyst profile in Lot 3, could you please define how many years of experience the proposed candidate should have in the areas listed in the professional experience field? For example, what is the minimum level of experience that a Senior level Analyst should have in COBIT framework? Moreover, we understand that ITIL is also considered as an IT governance and management framework. Could you please confirm our understanding is correct or otherwise clarify?

Regarding the experience, the set of CVs must demonstrate that the tenderer is able to address the technical areas covered by the concerned lot (i.e. the domain of the concerned lot). In other words, the set of CVs must cover the technical areas listed in a lot as widely as possible (i.e. in the best possible way without any significant gap) and not mandatorily up to 100 %. Regarding ITIL, your understanding is correct, ITIL is also considered as an IT governance and management framework.
