All Lots – Numbering of the proposal 1 – General Part
With reference to document Conditions of Submitting a tender, we read: “The first part of the tender must be entitled: ‘I – General Part’ and must be subdivided into the following sections: The order and numbering of the sections must be followed without fail. - Tender forms 0, 1, 2, 3.1, 3.2 a), 3.2 b) (provided as example), 3.3 a), 3.3 b) and 4 contained in the Tender specifications (See Part III, Sections 16 to 19, of the Tender specifications) - Evidence of enrolment in a relevant professional or trade register (See Part II, Section 14, Point 14.1, of the Tender specifications) - Evidence of professional risk indemnity insurance (See Part II, Section 14, Point 14.2, of the Tender specifications) - A financial statement for the last three financial years available (see form 5 in Part III, Section 20, Point 20.2, of the Tender specifications).“ According to the above our understanding is that the structure of our offer should be: 1. Tender Forms Form 0 Form 1 Form 2 Form 3.1 Form 4 2. Evidence of enrolment in a relevant trade register Trade register certificate 3. Evidence of professional risk indemnity insurance Risk indemnity insurance evidence 4. Financial statement Form 5 Annual accounts Can you please confirm our understanding or clarify further?
