All Lots - Deepending on a sub-contractor for selection criteria
Dear Sir or Madam, In the situation where one company depends on the references of a (sister) company so as to pass the selection criteria - and so involves them as a sub-contractor, but at the same time it is expect to not need this sub-contractor during service delivery, is it acceptable to declare the participation of this sub-contractors as 0% in the exclusion criteria documents?
