Maximum budget of the 18.CAT.OP.137 Framework Contract for the provision of a Study entitled “Cyber Defence Technology Landscaping
Dear Madam or Sir, My question is about the maximum budget of the 18.CAT.OP.137 Framework Contract for the provision of a Study entitled “Cyber Defence Technology Landscaping”. In section 2.3/page 23 of the TENDER SPECIFICATIONS & DRAFT CONTRACT document it is stated: “…The maximum value of the framework contract is EUR 470 000. EDA intends to sign one specific contract as stated above for an amount of up to EUR 170 000. The remaining of the maximum budget of the framework contract will be used in case of budget availability.” Can you please clarify if the maximum budget for which a tender should apply is 470000 or 170000 euros?

The evaluation will be based on the tender addressing specific contract 1 for which a maximum budget of 170 000 EUR has been indicated. Please refer to section 1.5 of the technical specifications “Requirements for the services” and annex 4.6 “Model Financial Proposal Form”.
