On section 1.3, page 11 of the tender specifications: would you please provide an estimate on the number of expected white papers and special reports in WP 3 which can be used as a baseline for the cost calculation?

As part of the first specific contract, in the WP3 the contractor is expected to provide up to 5 white papers/special reports on relevant research topics
