A quantity of CVs have been requested by profile: JSUP.SD; ESUP.SD.WSL; OAT.WSL.SCWA; OAE.SCWA; CRS.DCS We have understood that the team in charge to deliver the requested services at the project starting date "must" be composed only by consultants whose CVs were included in the offer. Can you confirm?

Your understanding is correct. As specified in Annex 9 'CV Form' of the Specifications, 'The human resources proposed by the contractor as part of its tender (composition of the team) must be available when the provision of services starts (beginning of the takeover).
