The tender specifications state: e) the tenderer must have a modern on-line learning environment enabling distance learning, activity tracking, on-line registrations, digital collaboration, access to learning material, on-line assessments, instant polls and on-line surveys. The platform does not need to be customised for EFSA. ----------------------------------------------------- Is using different tools and platforms for different applications stated above allowed? Or is it required to have all functionalities in one platform?
