Question details
Requirements for document 3 of the technical proposal. As stated on page 18 of the Specifications: "The proposal will include a questionnaire of 10 questions in 3 languages (English, French and German)"
Could you confirm that we need to include, within the 10 page limit, also 3 questionnaires (EN, FR, DE)? Or could we include one example questionnaire (in EN), and state that the proposal takes into account that the survey will be executed in 3 languages?

We confirm that the questionnaire in 3 languages (EN, FR, DE) should be included in the 10 pages of the proposal.
